📣 Friendly reminder! Join us next Friday, February 6, for RUN STRONG. RECOVER SMART, a special event celebrating National Girls & Women in Sports Day 💜

Heart & Sole Women’s Running Club × Iron Core Wellness invite you to a 5K + wellness experience focused on strength, community, and smart recovery.

🗓 Friday, February 6
⏰ 5:30 PM
📍 Iron Core Wellness (104 Bauer Rd)

We’ll start with a guided dynamic warm-up and activation, head out for an inclusive group 5K (walk, jog, or run — all paces welcome!), then return for a full post-run wellness experience, including 1) Strength & mobility demos, 2) Recovery techniques, 3) Fueling education, and 4) Raffle time with our amazing onsite vendors 🎉

💜 $15 same-day registration to run the 5K. All proceeds will be donated to Del Rio Queens Booster Sport Clubs (soccer, basketball, and volleyball) in honor of National Girls & Women in Sports Day.

👟 All genders welcome
👑 Queens Booster Club members run FREE
🧘‍♀️ Bringing your own mat is encouraged
✅ You don’t have to run to attend! Come support, learn, and enjoy our awesome local vendors ❤️
💜 A donation station will be available for non-runners who’d like to support the Queens.
🚔 DRPD & Hold Your Horses Association will be onsite to help keep the environment safe
