Twisted Alley Chasers We are a group of Weather Enthusiasts, Spotters/Chasers. Our #1 goal is alerting the general public. Be sure to like our page to stay up to date.

We are a storm chasing team which has its members spread out between different countries from the UK and the USA. We chase severe weather which includes tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards and any other severe weather event. We make reports to the local governments to give an earlier warning to the public and working as first response with our medical/Search & Rescue trained members, when people are

in need after a severe weather event. We stream live so you can watch us live when we're out chasing and watch first hand to your own screen.

Heavy to excessive rain over the Carolinas Friday may lead to isolated areas of flash flooding. Monsoon moisture will continue threats for scattered showers and thunderstorms over the Southwest U.S. into the Rockies each afternoon through this weekend. Some storms may contain heavy to excessive rainfall. weather.gov

Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across parts of the Northeast U.S. Thursday. Damaging wind, hail, and a tornado or two may accompany these storms along with possible flash flooding. Heavy to excessive rainfall may bring a risk for flash flooding along the northern Gulf Coast. Critical fire weather is forecast over southeast Oregon. weather.gov

Why did the August 24, 2016 tornado outbreak happen? Storms need shear, moisture, instability, and lift to develop and become severe. All of these ingredients came together over our area a decade ago to create a favorable environment for severe storms and tornadoes.

26 tornado warnings were issued by IWX on August 24, 2016 which was, at the time, and still is today, the most Tornado Warnings our office has ever issued in a single day! A total of 14 tornadoes occurred in our forecast area during the outbreak.
