East Harris County Manufacturers Association

East Harris County Manufacturers Association EHCMA represents 118 plant sites at one of the largest petrochemical complexes in the world.

EHCMA is dedicated to providing jobs, upholding environmental standards and providing a better quality of life for our neighbors in and around the Greater Houston area. Since our founding in 1987, we've grown into the largest network of its kind in the world. Our member companies have facilities in Houston, Deer Park, Baytown, Pasadena, North Channel and La Porte. They transform natural resources

into the materials needed to make many essential consumer products such as cosmetics, gasoline, jet fuel, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, electronics, building supplies, household goods, clothes, plastics, automobile parts and thousands of other everyday items that are a part of your daily routine. In our more than 25 years as an organization, the East Harris County Manufacturers Association has been committed to Making Good in our community and for our industry. As companies, and as people who live and work in these communities, we strive to operate safely and bring a higher quality of life to our neighbors and employees through above-average wages, community contributions and local economic stimulus opportunities. Our industry's strong tax base also provides millions of dollars to the community every year through taxes, payrolls, purchases and capital expenditures.

NEWS ALERT: Our members give back!

For years, INVISTA has proudly supported the Children's Museum of Houston's mission to make science, technology, engineering, and math accessible, exciting and unforgettable for young learners.

This spring, INVISTA Houston is expanding that commitment by sponsoring a field trip for students from Rucker Elementary School. For many of these students, this experience will be more than just a day away from the classroom โ€” it will be an opportunity to explore, experiment and imagine whatโ€™s possible. During their visit, students will take part in the INVISTA sponsored museum exhibit โ€œHow Does It Work?โ€ experience and explore interactive activities that transform complex STEM concepts into engaging, real-world discoveries.
