Our Gift of the Badge fundraiser officially comes to a close TODAY at 1:00 PM! ⏰❤️ And we’re going LIVE on Facebook for the drawing!

Every fundraiser brings us one step closer to being able to support first responders and their families during difficult times and give back to Wise County families through our Christmas Program. 🎄🚔🚒

Our current fundraiser is coming to a close on August 31st at 1:00 PM, and there are still tickets available!

Every fundraiser we hold helps us continue our mission of supporting Wise County first responders and their families during times of need, while also giving back to local families through our Christmas Program. 🎄🚔🚒🚑

💙 It Takes a Community 💙

As Reunion week comes to a close, we want to recognize a few more incredible partners who helped make our biggest fundraiser of the year a success. While many saw our volunteers parking cars, there were so many people working behind the scenes to support them.

A heartfelt thank you to:
💡 Kyle Erwin Construction for generously donating light towers to keep our parking areas safe throughout the week.
🥤 Lowe’s Market for donating water and Gatorade to help keep our volunteers hydrated during the long, hot evenings.
🚧 TxDOT for lending us traffic cones, and to Wise County for allowing us to use the electronic message boards that helped guide visitors safely to our parking areas.

Your generosity and partnership played a huge role in helping us safely serve thousands of Reunion guests while raising funds that support first responders during times of need and provide Christmas for families across Wise County.

A special thank you to Wise County Crime Stoppers for providing dinner for our Gift of the Badge volunteers on the final two nights of the Wise County Old Settlers Reunion!

After a long week of parking cars, directing traffic, and serving our community, your generosity gave our volunteers the fuel they needed to finish strong. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support of our mission and for helping take care of the people who make this fundraiser possible.

Tonight, our volunteers were treated to an incredible meal from GiGi’s Grill, and it did not disappoint! From flavorful burger bowls and chicken teriyaki bowls to steak bowls and so much more, there was something for everyone—and every bite was delicious! 😋🍽️

Thank you, GiGi’s Grill, for taking such great care of our volunteers. Your generosity keeps our crew fueled as they continue raising funds to provide Christmas for families across Wise County. We truly appreciate your support and are so thankful to have you as part of our community! ❤️

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the new one-way traffic pattern and front drop-off zone a success on the first night of the Wise County Old Settlers Reunion! 👏🏼⚠️👏🏼⚠️👏🏼⚠️

Thank you to everyone who followed the signs, listened to our volunteers, and went the extra mile(literally) to help us put people before convenience!!😊🙏🏽

Our biggest priority has always been safety. With hundreds of pedestrians—especially children—walking through the front entrance, creating a designated drop-off area and one-way traffic flow helped make the area safer for everyone!🌟 We know any change takes a little getting used to, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we work to make the experience better for all.

We’ll see you again tonight! 🚗🎡🎠
