The reason we hate public speaking is because we cannot see the good about it, we see more pain than gain. Sometimes this hate interferes with our life mission, personal relationships and professional development. Let me tell you, THERE IS JOY AT THE OTHER SIDE. We can change this belief little by little, practice by practice. Many of us started like this. Join us every 2nd and 4th Monday of every month on our toastmaster’s sessions

Having a strong brain- mouth connection when we communicate with others is something that requires PRACTICE. We can watch a lot of videos or have wonderful ideas but is not until we put it to practice when we really build that skill.
