I have been working out of this amazing space for the last several months in Downtown DeLand and this weekend is their Grand Re-opening.
Soul Needs - A Community Space -
I’ll be hosting a group meditation this Saturday at 10 am. All proceeds will be split 50/50 between Heroes Hope Network and a local charity. This class is also free to any veterans or first responders.
There’s a full listing of activities in the pictures below so join us as we celebrate this wonderful space and welcoming The Yoga-Shed as well as all of the other practitioners that keep the space alive and well.

Last night, I was a guest speaker for The Veterans of Foreign Wars with Andres Martinez from Heroes Hope Network . We discussed options to treat PTSD such as Medical Cannabis, Ketamin Psychedelic Medicine and Yoga-Meditation.

Mr. Martinez and I, we are both veterans. We both work together at Aysana Wellness Center and offer free workshops for veterans to learn meditation. A powerful tool to improve mental health.

This past Saturday we had our meditation workshop with Dr. Raphael Bones, Yoga teacher Lydia Guerra and Life Coach Andres Martinez from Heroes Hope Network. People that joined had a wonderful experience.

Meditation is a tool that allows you to change. On Saturday, March 18th, we will offer a free basic meditation workshop as part of our grand openning. Three sessions of a maximum of 8 people. We believe in small intimate groups for better flow of energy.
