As Batta Cats says, there is a LOT of TNR requests coming in, and while we try to help, if you can do it, you should! We can help guide you, teach you, and give you resources to succeed, if you are willing to help!
Appointments are the first thing you have to have. They don't often come around quickly, so there not being a waitlist on this means Make your appointment NOW as they will fill VERY quickly. Like, I wouldn't be shocked if they're gone by morning.
Next, obtain a humane trap (or traps.) For the safety of the cat, you and the vet team, the cat must go to the clinic in a humane trap. Trap a day or two before the appointment and care for the cat in trap. We can help you make sure this is done safely.
The cat should remain in the trap to recover and can usually be returned to the trapping location the day after surgery.
Trust us, you can absolutely do this. Make a difference, and be the change you want to see in this world. Do it now, before that cat has a "surprise" litter on your back patio.

We are getting lots of requests for TNR help...it is the season after all! Unfortunately, there are just not enough resources on our side to help you all but we can get you pointed in the right direction!
If you have community cats that need fixed, you need appointments first! This TNR event hosted by SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center is a golden opportunity. Make your appointment NOW as they will fill quickly. Next, obtain a humane trap (or traps.) For the safety of the cat, you and the vet team, the cat must go to the clinic in a humane trap. Trap a day or two before the appointment and care for the cat in trap. We leave the cats in traps for the TNR cycle and we replace towels/pee pads in the trap, with the cat in it, and feed the cat wet food, and will sometimes add water to the food. Hydration is important. The cat should remain in the trap to recover and can usually be returned to the trapping location the day after surgery.
