🇺🇸 LOCAL EVENT & PARTY RENTAL COMPANIES — WE NEED YOU! 🇺🇸

The Dayton High School MCJROTC Parent Group is currently looking for bids/quotes for our Veterans Day Celebration on November 11th!

We are looking to rent:

🇺🇸 10' × 40' event tents
🪑 Tables & chairs ✅️
💨 Cooling fans
🚚 Delivery, setup & breakdown

Edit: tables and chairs are taken care of 💜

These will be set up in the school parking lot to create a comfortable, covered dining area where our Veterans can sit, visit, and enjoy the BBQ lunch we are preparing in their honor. ❤️🤍💙

We would also greatly appreciate information on any school, nonprofit, Veterans Day, or military discounts that may be available.

📣 Own an event rental company or know someone who does? PLEASE TAG THEM BELOW or send me a message!

And please SHARE to help us reach local businesses that may be able to help us make this celebration extra special for the Veterans who have given so much for our country. 🇺🇸

💜 Thank you for helping us honor those who served! 💜
