Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Sword and Serpent holds Monday Public Events on the first and third Mondays of the month. We hold classes related to the occult, mysticism and magick, rituals and magic related practice sessions.

We aim to make it so you can jump right into what we are doing, even if you do not have prior experience. Attendees are encouraged to bring something with which to take notes or journal in after the event.

TOPIC: Gods Walk in the OTO
Join us for an introduction to O.T.O., exploring both sides of its work: the M.M.M. initiatory system and the E.G.C. ecclesiastical tradition. We’ll look at the journey through the Man of Earth degrees, as well as the Gnostic Mass and its rich symbolism. Come discover how initiation, ritual, and spiritual practice come together within O.T.O. No prior knowledge of O.T.O. or Thelema is required.

Sword and Serpent Oasis cordially invites you to a Public Celebration of Liber XV: The Gnostic Mass. (We will also be celebrating our 16th Anniversary.)

Liber XV is open to non-members, with a suggested $10 donation.

Schedule: October 10th, 2026
4:00 PM - Mass team arrives (if you wish to child, please show up at this time)
5:00 PM - Temple is open (arrive by 5:50 to attend)
6:00 PM - Mass Starts

Confirmed Members of the Church should bring and wear their white robes for the Mass. (If you wish to child, please show up at 4PM)

Following the Gnostic Mass we will be hosting a potluck social.
Bring something you like to share with others. Soft drinks provided.
See you there for a joyful celebration of light, life, love, and liberty!

Happy Feast for the first night of the Prophet and his Bride!!

“A feast for the first night of the Prophet and his Bride!” -AL II:37

Today is an official feast day in Thelema-- a celebration of the 123rd anniversary of the marriage of Aleister Crowley and Rose Edith Kelly (Soror Ouarda), who played a critical role in the Cairo Working, which led to the reception of The Book of the Law.

From the New Comment on AL II:37:
“There should be a special feast on the 12th day of August in every year, since it was the marriage of The Beast which made possible the revelation of the New Law. (This is not an Apology for Marriage. Hard Cases make Bad Law).”
