Devoted 2 Babies was created in 2011, by Susan & Rylin Rossano, who are both Neonatal Intensive care unit (NICU) graduates themselves. As the girls were sitting discussing how they just did not want to help babies & their families only one day of the year. They decided that they wanted to help babies that needed a little “hope” and “Support” all year round. After a brainstorming session for a name

Hello supporters and welcome to our new followers! Thank you all for your continued following, sharing our page, and helping us grow! It has been a busy few months, as am in the middle of a hectic Spring semester! Rylin has started a new podcast centered around mental health and wellness called Take Care of Your Body By Ry. In the podcast, she communicates with an array of leaders in the medical and wellness fields and covers a plethora of topics, including ways to take care of your physical and mental health. Happy holidays! We wanted to extend a massive thank you to everyone who donated to our drive and shared our mission! This year, Devoted2Babies was able to donate 150 books and a car seat to babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This was only made possible because of all of your support and contributions. Due to this, I was able to spend my 20th birthday bringing a smile to the faces of N.I.C.U. babies and families. It was especially special to personally spread hope and joy this holiday season. Remember that you never know the difference that you can make on another person. Our efforts could inspire others to give back, which can be accomplished through both large and small means. There’s so much to be grateful for: family, friends, love and good health. But unfortunately, not all individuals have the same ability to be fortunate of these things. My sister and I’s current drive targets N.I.C.U. babies as we both were previous N.I.C.U. babies & warriors! Babies that are put into the N.I.C.U. are born early, have health problems or a difficult birth This can be not only a lonely experience for the child but the family. Devoted2babies goal is to put a simple smile on the faces of others to help bring some joy in difficult times. The ability to see the joy of the families when we deliver a touching book that meant a lot to us during our childhood, is something worth melting for. We understand if you can’t donate, but please spread the word and help spread kindness this holiday season. We want to make the lives of babies & their families a little brighter. Hello supporters and welcome to our new followers! Thank you all for your continued following, sharing our page, and helping us grow! I am proud to announce that Devoted2Babies will be launching our annual drive for the holiday season. This is something that I have done every single year since my 3rd birthday as a way to give back to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and it always makes my birthday extremely special! This year our drive is called “Books for Babies”, as it will center around providing some of our favorite children's books to babies across the county! One of my favorite memories from my childhood was reading to my younger sister when she in the N.I.C.U., just like my mom did for me when I was in the N.I.C.U. over holiday time three years earlier. Devoted2Babies is striving to create that same experience for other babies this season, seeking to provide them books and their families some hope.

This drive will run from now until December 20th! The primary way that you can donate is throughout our Amazon wishlist, but you can also Venmo monetary donations to (). The link to our wishlist is included below. If you would like to donate, but would rather do so in another way, please feel free to reach out to us. Another thing that you could do to assist this drive besides donating is sharing it with your family, friends, peers, Facebook followers, or colleagues. Spreading the word about the drive is the primary way that we can ensure it is successful! Your outreach is essential in ensuring that the drive spreads across the community.

This year I am turning 20 years old (I know I can’t believe it either). Everyone always asks me what I want to receive for my birthday and the best gift you can give me is either donating to or spreading information about the drive so that I can give back to others. I am so immensely proud to be spearheading this project alongside the help of my sister (who has her own amazing cooking page ). Merry Christmas and happy holidays! We wanted to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to our drive through directly donating or spreading the word. Thanks to your efforts, Devoted 2 Babies delivered 100 books and 150 onesies to babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit this holiday season. Without the support of the community, we would not have been able to make this happen in this capacity. There were several donations where individuals provided only their first name, but to anyone who donated we are incredibly grateful. This was something extremely important to me, given that donating to the N.I.C.U. on my birthday has been an annual tradition. After years of restrictions from the pandemic, I was given the opportunity to see and talk to parents when I delivered the donations. I enjoyed providing HOPE to the families and allowing them to see that even when the beginning starts out a bit rough, you can stil do amazing things! I would like to thank you all for your continued support with the drive! At the last public collection, Rylin and I got the chance to meet our online Geometry teacher! This was the first time we ever interacted with her in person and she drove all the way to Reflections Park to talk with us and contribute to the drive. I wanted to thank everyone who has already made a contribution to the Presents for Premies drive! We are already beginning to receive books, onesies, and wrist rattles. As we enter December, there is only 20 days left to donate to the drive. There are several ways to donate. Hello supporters and welcome to our new followers! Thank you all for your continued following, sharing our page and helping us grow! I wanted to announce that I have officially graduated high school. I had my commencement ceremony on June 6th where I gave a speech as Salutatorian. I am now moving on to the University of Florida honors program this fall. Furthermore, my sister Rylin also graduated high school at only 15 years old. She accelerated during the pandemic and is now one step closer to chasing her dreams. Due to this accomplishment, both Rylin and I were featured on a segment for Channel 7 News. I have attached the link below so you can watch! I am so proud of the work that both Rylin and I put in to accomplish our goals. Moving forward, I am planning a drive for July and I would love all of your support to make it successful. The big question has been who will be maintaining Devoted2Babies locally while I am in college. Rylin will continue the efforts of Devoted2Babies with my assistance from afar.
