BIG WEEKEND for your Red River Flood! Saturday sees the D1 Girls head to Osseo to compete in the Osseo 7s Cup! Looking to have a great day of high quality rugby and get some wins over Osseo and Hopkins!

Meanwhile, the D1 Boys head south as well to face off against Hopkins in what is sure to be a tough match up! BUT, it doesn’t end there, as they are heading back up to face off against Minnetonka at Home on Memorial Day!!!

As always, good luck to both teams as they look to get big wins this holiday weekend 🙌🙌🙌

BIG weekend for Red River!!!

The Boys D1 got a big win against East Metro, and the Girls D1 got to face off against Albert Lea at TCO Stadium under the lights before the TC Gemini Match! Such a great weekend, now we look forward to the next one💪

🏉 Youth Rugby Summer Camp 🏉

Looking to build skills, confidence, and have some fun this summer? Join us for our Freeborn Eagles Youth Rugby Camp!

This 2-hour camp is designed to build strong fundamentals in a fun, high-energy environment. Athletes will focus on:
✔️ Body positioning
✔️ Ball handling
✔️ Passing techniques
✔️ Movement and coordination

Through age-appropriate drills, small-sided games, and guided instruction, players will gain confidence, improve their skills, and learn the game the right way.
This camp is perfect for new and developing players looking to build a strong foundation and prepare for future play.

🌧 Weather Plan:
In case of rain, camp will move indoors to Brookside North Gym.
