Today, the Andy Bropleh Jallah Foundation’s Gender Department proudly celebrated Menstrual Hygiene Day (MH Day) with an engaging in-house conversation focused on the menstruation cycle.

All female staff and invited attendees received protective pads, and we later took our initiative to the community, distributing additional pads to young women in need. This is part of our annual gender calendar, commemorated every May 28.

The District #13 Innovative Hub opened(Outdoor program) with sport and solidarity on Saturday as sister station Freedom FM secured a 4-2 victory over Focal FM 105.3 in the ceremonial match.

The ABJ Foundation and Focal 105.3 FM extend appreciation to Freedom FM for honoring our invitation and delivering a competitive, well-played fixture. Their participation elevated the opening ceremony, engaging partners, community members, and media stakeholders in a shared display of unity.

The result demonstrates the strength of collaboration between sister stations committed to public service. More importantly, the match achieved its purpose: activating the Hub as a convening space for District 13 and affirming our joint role in community development.

We commend Freedom FM on their performance and thank them for helping us inaugurate the Hub with purpose and professionalism. The partnership continues beyond the final whistle.

The ABJ Foundation Team Andy has officially unveiled and dedicated the first-ever District #13 Innovative Hub to the public, affirming our commitment to transform ideas into measurable community impact.

Held this past Saturday, the ceremony brought together policymakers, community leaders, partners, and beneficiaries for both indoor and outdoor activities, including a friendly soccer match against Freedom FM. Testimonies from program participants highlighted the real change already underway in District 13.

The District #13 Innovative Hub is a dynamic ecosystem for learning, innovation, and sustainable development. Core components include:

* Focal 105.3 FM Radio Station
*Professional Training Center
*E-Library
*E-Conference Facility
*Printing Press
*Digital Research Room

Several components are fully operational, with others launching in the coming days.

The ABJ Foundation Team Andy, in partnership with Focal 105.3 FM, is set to host its upcoming staff retreat, themed "Strengthening Institutional Alignment, Accountability, and Service Excellence for Sustainable Impact". Scheduled for March 5-7, 2026, the retreat aims to realign staff with institutional values, strengthen operational competencies, and enhance service delivery in line with the Foundation's mission and governance standards.

As management, our goal is to build a high-performing team that embodies the institution's values and delivers exceptional results. This retreat is a crucial step towards achieving this goal, and we look forward to the insights, collaboration, and growth that will emerge from this gathering.
