ICYMI: Twain Lumber Company recently announced an investment of more than $7 million in Henry County to reopen the former Teal Jones sawmill. The company also plans to purchase over $40 million of Virginia forest products over the next 3 years. What a win for Region 3!

Congratulations to Chuck Eskey of Eskey and Associates, our YETI giveaway winner! 🎉 Erica graciously accepted the prize on Chuck’s behalf.

Last week, SCVHBA was proud to participate in the Southern Virginia Regional Housing Summit! The summit brought together community leaders, housing professionals, and regional partners for meaningful conversations about housing opportunities, challenges, and the future of our communities.

We were especially proud to have our President, Joy Wood, take the stage as a speaker and contribute to these important discussions.

We also enjoyed connecting with so many attendees throughout the event and raffling off a YETI as part of the fun!
