Hey everyone 💛
We’re gently holding space for something very special on Sunday, March 8th at 11am EST — a virtual gathering dedicated to SOUL Care.
If you are living with MEN2B, caring for someone who is, or loving someone on this journey, please know this space is for you. You are warmly invited.
We’ll be joined by a compassionate guest speaker who will lead an interactive presentation focused on trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, caregiver burnout, and exhaustion. She’ll share practical tools, meaningful reminders, and supportive strategies to help us tend to our mental and emotional well-being.
This journey can feel heavy at times — but you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we can create a space to support one another, to share openly, to listen deeply, and to encourage each other with understanding and love.
