❤️ What an incredible meetup with the Hill family! We had SO much fun getting to know them in person! 🦆💙

Crystal had planned to attend the social this year, but a medical emergency kept her from making it. So we decided, if they couldn’t come to us, **we would go to them!** ❤️

This is what community is all about. It’s about showing up, building friendships, sharing stories, and reminding one another that we aren’t walking this journey alone.

Social media is a wonderful way to connect, but there is something truly special about sitting together, laughing together, and making memories in person.

As most of you know, the mallard duck is the MEN2B Foundation’s mascot! 💙 Samantha-Jayne Smart-Wood got this beautiful tattoo in honor of her 1-year-old daughter, Arabella, who has MEN2B. We LOVE it and will be getting ours soon! 😍

📚✨ CALLING ALL WRITERS, ILLUSTRATORS & ARTISTS IN OUR MEN2B COMMUNITY! ✨🎨

The MEN2B Foundation is looking for some very special volunteers to help us create something truly meaningful — a children’s book about MEN2B. 💙

And honestly, we can’t think of a better place to find the right people than right here in our own community.

Who better to help tell this story than the people who live it, understand it, and know what our kiddos and families go through? Our goal is to create a book that helps children understand MEN2B in a way that feels comforting, age-appropriate, educational, and empowering — while helping ease some of the fear and uncertainty that can come with a diagnosis.

🌟 We’re looking for:

✍️ Writers who would love to help bring the story to life
🎨 Illustrators or artists who can help create a beautiful visual world for our kiddos
💙 Anyone with a creative skill or passion who feels they could contribute to this special project
This is a chance to help create something that could become a lasting resource for children and families in the MEN2B community.
