Praise Report !! The House Of Hope placed four individuals this week to new homes!! Two single males (one a student ) and a couple 😊… we have a mom and a two year-old that we are currently working on finding housing. Once our guests are is housed , we continue to keep contact with them to make sure they maintain housing. Starting up again is very hard, especially if you’ve lost everything so if anyone has any small kitchen appliances such as toaster, microwaves, coffee, makers, , comforters, sheets, towels, etc. we could use it to store so that once they move out, they can take it with them. As always, thank everyone for their support and continued prayers💙🙏🏽!

All smiles !!! God has turned his situation around, and we are so happy for him! Thank you all for the cards, clothing, shoes, kind words, and just prayers! Jeremiah has found a home, one of our contacts was able to take him into their home and he is actually a straight A student! He wanted me to post this picture to show his appreciation to everyone who helped him in his situation! He says it feels like a dream and he can’t stop smiling😁💙!!

Good evening, Friends! We have a male student in our shelter who wears a size 34 pants, medium shirt, and 7 1/2 shoes. It would be such a blessing if we could come together and provide these items for him …you can imagine being in school and losing your home and now in a shelter …how hard that would be. Let’s come together to help this young man. He is such a sweet soul.

We are thankful for Mount Zion missionary Baptist Church, and Dan River Baptist Church for their abundance of food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies etc It is because of our donors that we can remain in existence that we can continue to assist our vulnerable population. Thank God for your kind hearts . ✝️😊

FYI the House Of Hope is a shelter for men and women and children.. at this time we are housing men women and children downstairs as our upstairs area is temporarily closed due to financial constraints. While everyone is sheltered downstairs, the rooms are separated. We have rooms for women. We have room for men and we have rooms for families. This is a 30 day stay. While they are there, we find them resources to assist them in being self-sufficient again. Check in time for new guests is Monday through Friday 4 PM to 6 PM, on Saturdays and Sundays check-in time is from 5 PM to 7 PM. A picture ID is required whether it’s a drivers license, passport, jail mug shot, or a letter that is signed by an agency certifying identity . This is a night only shelter meaning they leave at 9 AM in the morning and return at 5 PM. I hope this information helps but if you need additional information, please feel free to call us at 4345491459.
