Our Cub Scouts were out and about again! We had an incredible night of history and Adventure aboard the USS Torsk. ⚓️

From exploring the tight quarters to learning how sailors lived and worked beneath the waves, it was a hands-on experience packed with curiosity, teamwork, and plenty of memories made.

Shout out to the volunteers and families who helped make this opportunity possible!

This week, our Scouts dove into an important piece of American heritage - the U.S. Flag. They learned how to properly display, fold, raise, and lower the flag with respect and confidence.

🌟 Scouting for Food Success! 🌟
Our Cub Scouts came together to make a big impact this year! Thanks to their hard work, we collected 1,649 POUNDS OF FOOD to help support people in need within our community through the Damascus Help program. The Scouts learned valuable lessons in compassion, teamwork and the power of giving back.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who contributed and supported our mission! Together, we’re making a difference, one can at a time. 👐🌍

🥫Scouting for Food is back!🥫

Keep an eye out for our donation boxes around town at participating local businesses - every can makes a difference!

Our Scouts will be visiting neighborhoods on November 1st to place stickers on doors, then returning on November 8th to collect your donations.

All items will be delivered to Damascus Help to support families in need. Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community! 💛💙

The Pack took on Camp Independence! What an adventure!🏕️

From learning new skills to making s'mores under the stars, our Scouts had an unforgettable time. They tried new things, made new friends and built memories that will last a lifetime.

🐾Thank You, Community! 🐾
Cub Scout Pack 438 recently completed a service project at the Montgomery County Animal Services + Adoption Center, and we're so proud to share what a success it was!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we were able to donate a record-setting numbers of items to support the shelter's animals in need. The staff shared that this was the most donations they've ever received from a single organization, which couldn't have happened without YOU!

Our Scouts also had the opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about the important work the shelter does every day to protect and care for animals in Montgomery County. It was a meaningful experience that reminded us all of the power of service, compassion and teamwork.

We’re collecting pet supply donations for The Montgomery County Animal Services + Adoption Center and will be delivering them on May 18th. The following items are in need:
Food, Blankets, Sheets, Towels, Puppy Pads, Beds, Grooming Tools, Cat Litter, Collars, Leashes, Toys, Treats
