Know your body. Pay attention when something changes. Keep up with the screenings recommended for you. Ask questions. Advocate for yourself. And remind another mujer to do the same.

For decades, Latinas have been one of the fastest-growing economic forces in America. Yet too many of us were never taught how to turn income into ownership.

We learned how to work.
But not always how to invest.

But not always how to build equity.

We learned how to survive.
Now it’s time to learn how to own.

One thing I’ve learned: Never stop investing in yourself. Grateful to have completed the 2026 Real Estate Bootcamp through TREC Community Investors.

The certificate is nice. But the real value was the knowledge, relationships, conversations, and connections built along the way.

Every room teaches you something. Every mentor shares a perspective. Every relationship has the potential to open a door you didn’t know existed.

As a builder, developer, and founder, I’m committed to continuing to learn, grow, and expand my understanding of how we create stronger communities, greater ownership opportunities, and lasting impact.

The learning never stops.
Now it’s time to put it into action. 🌿
