LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Dallas, TX We're the Dallas chapter of the world's largest women's amateur golf association! We connect women of all skill levels to learn, play, and enjoy golf.

Whether you're looking for an occasional round of informal golf, some friendly competition, or a chance to play regularly with other avid golfers, LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Dallas, TX provides those opportunities. And with almost half of our members in key management positions, you'll find an ideal environment for networking with other business women in a friendly atmosphere. Currently we ha

ve over 200 Active Members and a very active Board of Directors. Our Board is comprised of diverse group of energetic women leaders including our President, 7 Directors, and fantastic supporting Committee Chairs and enthusiastic Committee Volunteers. Throughout the golf season, members have opportunities to participate in Golf Events, Golf Play Days, a Match Play league, Social Events, Educational Events, and weekday evening 9-hole Girlfriend Golf Events. Additionally, there are New Member Mixers, an annual Kickoff Event in March, and a Year End Event in November. LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Dallas, TX also offers a variety of opportunities to compete. Our members can participate in the Lone Star Cup, an annual event in September which brings together all the Texas LPGA AGA Chapters for a Solheim Cup styled 2-day event and rotates yearly around the state of Texas at some very exciting golf destinations, and the North Texas Shootout, another Solheim Cup styled event between the Dallas and Fort Worth LPGA AGA chapters. We have a Scramble Championship in April, and a Chapter Championship (an individual competition) in October. Our members also participate in the national LPGA AGA events throughout the year. We welcome guests considering membership in our chapter as well as visiting Members from other LPGA AGA chapters to join us at our events and activities. Hello, LPGA Amateurs Dallas Chapter friends!

What an incredible kickoff to our first week of Girlfriend Golf! There’s nothing better than reconnecting on the fairways, welcoming new faces, and enjoying the camaraderie that makes our group so special. We capped off Wednesday’s GFG with margaritas and Mexican food at Mi Cocina—a definite highlight, even if we forgot to snap a group photo! Our Westridge GFG started strong on Tuesday, and tonight it’s Sherrill Park’s turn—I hope it’s just as much fun! Shout out to Kim Benton for a great start with Girlfriend Golf!

I’m Lynn Clark Bergman, your new board member for "Member Services". I’m truly excited to support this amazing group and to work alongside a board dedicated to creating memorable experiences for everyone.

One initiative I’m eager to launch is a Match Play Clinic. If you have tournament experience or are interested in leading a foursome, I’d love your help in encouraging more women to try the fun—and friendly competition—of match play. If you want to help bring this clinic to life, please reach out!

I’ll be organizing a Teams meeting/video call soon for anyone interested in sharing ideas or getting involved. Let me know if you’d like an invitation. I’d also love your input:
- Which course or outdoor facility would best support group instruction and a match-play format?
- Should we bring in a professional for the clinic, or would you prefer our in-house experienced LPGA members/volunteers lead an introductory session for those new to competition?
- Would you like this to be a one-time clinic or a series over several weeks?
