Mental well-being doesn't always come from counseling sessions or big events. Sometimes it starts with simply letting someone know they don't have to carry their grief alone.

The other day, one of our team spent a few hours at the range with a Navy veteran as he fired the rifle his father left him after he passed away. It wasn't about shooting. It was about remembering, honoring a father, sharing stories, and creating space to heal.

Later, he reached out with a simple message. He said he needed that day and thanked the volunteer who took him out and helped him.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply show up.

That's what Storm-Forged Alliance is about. Standing beside Veterans, First Responders, and Specialized Government Personnel through the good days, the hard days, and everything in between.

📢 Jersey Sizing Update❗️❗️❗️

We've received our jersey samples, and they do run larger than expected. Before production begins, we wanted to give everyone the opportunity to adjust their size if needed.

For reference:

Adult Medium (50) fits like the "Nonner" jersey.

Adult Large (52) fits like the "Oscar Mike" jersey.

Adult XL (54) fits like the "Boot" jersey.

We've included photos of each size to help you compare.

If you'd like to change your jersey size, you can do so by:

Opening your registration confirmation email.

Clicking Edit your order.

Updating your jersey size.

Saving your changes.

Please make any size changes as soon as possible so we can submit our final order to the manufacturer.

We're excited that the Lone Star Brahmas will be hosting their preseason series during the 2026 Armed Forces Hockey Classic!

If you're traveling in for the tournament, make plans to stay after your games and catch some great junior hockey.

One of the greatest things about sports is that they bring people together. They build confidence, friendships, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

After seeing the incredible impact a simple donation of hockey equipment had for the Bayou Women's Hockey Association, we're excited to announce that Storm Forged Alliance will be hosting a Sports Equipment Drive during the

2026 Nytex Armed Forces Hockey Classic!

We're collecting new and gently used sports equipment to help remove financial barriers and give more children, Veterans, First Responders, Specialized Government Personnel, and families the opportunity to participate in the sports they love.

While hockey is at the heart of this event, we're accepting equipment for all sports. Every helmet, stick, glove, bat, ball, cleat, or piece of protective gear has the potential to change someone's life.

Sometimes the biggest impact starts with something as simple as a piece of hockey equipment. 🏒💜

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing women of Bayou Women's Hockey Association for their kind words. It was our honor to donate hockey gear to help more women get on the ice and experience everything this game has to offer.

At Storm-Forged Alliance, our mission extends beyond supporting Active Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders, Specialized Government Personnel, and their families. We also believe in strengthening the hockey community by removing barriers and creating opportunities for people to play, grow, and belong.

Seeing organizations come together to make sure no Veteran is left behind is exactly why Storm Forged Alliance exists.

A huge thank you to Acadiana Veterans Hockey for the kind words. We were honored to help provide gear to get more Veterans on the ice. Hockey is more than a game. It's connection, camaraderie, healing, and finding your tribe again.
