One of our favorite moments from Summer Love with Amy Bishop from WRR 101.1. Presented through Open Classical and featuring opera singer Allison Stanford, the evening brought together live performance, storytelling, and community in a way that reminds us why supporting the arts matters across North Texas.

Missed this one? Another Summer Classical Series performance is happening this weekend… and its the Beatles & Free? You just have to go!

The future of classical music starts with access.

The has been developing young musicians across North Texas for generations, creating opportunities for growth, performance, and connection.

We’ve had the chance to partner with the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra and see their musicians perform both in the community and on stages like the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center.

Supporting young performers has always been part of the mission at Friends of WRR, and it’s something our community continues to show up for in so many ways.

A donated instrument can change everything for a student. 🎻

Jess from Swan Strings shares why programs like the WRR Instrument Drive matter as more young musicians across North Texas begin participating in music education each year.

Friends of WRR is proud to support organizations creating access, opportunity, and community through the arts.

Pulcinella is a reflection of what is possible when artists and organizations come together.

It is not only about supporting one another on stage, but what happens when a community shows up and supports the work behind it.

When audiences attend performances like this, it helps sustain the artists, the organizations, and the future of the arts in North Texas.

We encourage you to take part. Go see a ballet, a musical, or a play and be part of something.
