The TCA FLOW MEETING, is the the most widely attended COTTON FLOW SIGNATURE SYMPOSIUM in the industry - - featuring dialogue among merchants, coops, producers, ginners, warehousemen, trucks, ocean carriers, railroads, and ports from all over the nation! The purpose of this meeting is to facilitate strategic communication to provide for a seamless flow of cotton. We are all cogs spinning the cotton industry wheel, and if one cog becomes broken, misaligned or inefficient, it affects us all! This event is open to all cotton segments and supply chain management professionals and anyone having anything to do with COTTON! HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE ~ The absolute latest deadline to make your room reservation at the Overton Hotel is AUGUST 27, 2025! The hotel is out of King rooms at this time, except for a few King Suites on the Preferred Level at $190+ and a few double queens available in our block at the rate of $140+.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE ~ To get in on early-bird registration before the rates go up, please register by AUGUST 27, 2025! Online registration will still be open until the meeting begins with the exception of ONLINE GOLF REGISTRATION that will not be available after Friday, August 29, 2025. Onsite meeting registration will also be available at the registration desk near the west door of the Overton Hotel. We respectfully request however, that you pre-register as soon as possible so that we will have a record of your attendance and can plan food and beverage accordingly. Your name badge will be your ticket for admittance to the Flow reception and meeting. Registrations are non-refundable after the August 27, 2025 deadline.
