On November 5 & 6, 2025, the Texas AG Council (TAC) met a business meeting at Plains Cotton Growers office featuring guests - Texas State Speaker of the House, Dustin Burrows and Texas State Senator Charles Perry!

Following the Q & A session with our government officials, a tour was scheduled for members in Brownsfield and Meadow, TX.

Hosting a w**e tasting featuring several creatively named private label premium texas w**e blends in Brownsfield was Katy Jane Seaton and Traci Furgeson of FARMHOUSE VINEYARDS! Go check out their website at www.Farmhousevineyards.com, buy some w**e, give them a visit or plan an awesome event!

On to Meadow, we were given a very educational tour of the operations at the MEADOW TEXAS GIN by Tanner Streety!

A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE HOSTS of each tour and to Kody Bessent, CEO of Plains Cotton Producers, David Gibson. Executive Director of Texas Corn Producers and TAC Chairman and Executive Director of Texas Forestry Association, Rob Hughes for arranging this awesome retreat for members!
