This past Saturday, our amazing Conscious Meals for All volunteer team came together at Our Daily Bread Ministries in Denton to cook and serve approximately 180 nourishing meals to our community! 🍲

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all our volunteers and generous donors who made this service possible. 🙏 Your time, energy, and support truly make a difference.

150 nourishing meals served. Countless smiles shared. 💛

This weekend, our amazing volunteers prepared and served around 150 fresh, nourishing vegetarian meals at Our Daily Bread Ministries in Denton.

🌱 This month, we also took a step towards reducing food waste by cooking with dried chickpeas and making our own fresh tomato gravy from fresh tomatoes - reducing packaging waste while creating an even fresher, tastier meal.

A special welcome to Simha Ram and his family, who volunteered with us for the first time. We were especially inspired by their 16-year-old son, whose enthusiasm and willingness to help made a wonderful impression.

Grateful for another impactful Denton service this month 💛

On Saturday 25th April at Our Daily Bread Ministries in Denton, we came together to serve ~140 fresh, nourishing meals to the community. A big thank you to everyone involved in groceries, sponsoring, cooking, and serving - your time, energy, and dedication truly made a difference.

Special shoutout to the GRADA-Greater Rayalaseema Association of Dallas Area for leading this month’s service with such enthusiasm and commitment 👏

This month in Denton, we served ~150 plates at Our Daily Bread Denton (Our Daily Bread Ministries) with the help of our wonderful volunteers and donors 🙌

This past weekend, Conscious Meals had the privilege of partnering with Sewa International USA - Dallas Fort Worth to prepare and distribute freshly cooked meals in downtown Dallas 🤝

Together, we served warm, nourishing food to individuals experiencing homelessness at the Austin Street Center as well as those seeking support at The Salvation Army. This initiative was a meaningful collaboration, bringing together community, compassion, and service 💛

From hot rice and beans and freshly baked cookies 🍪 to pizzas served straight from the truck 🍕, every element of the day reflected the spirit of seva (selfless service).

A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers and partners who made this possible 🙏 Your time, energy, and dedication remind us that when communities come together with intention, we can create meaningful impact.

This past Saturday, February 28th, we had the pleasure of hosting the Telugu Association of North Texas (TANTEX) for a full day of cooking, serving, and giving back 💛

Their team sponsored, prepared, cleaned, and served nearly 200 meals for the community at Our Daily Bread Ministries in Denton, and they did it all with such enthusiasm and care.

It was truly a joy to cook alongside them. Their energy, teamwork, and spirit of service made the entire experience special for everyone involved.

We are so grateful for their support and look forward to seeing them again soon 🙏

Despite the icy weather in Dallas ❄️, the need in our community doesn’t pause. Donations may slow during cold spells, but hunger doesn’t.

This month, our amazing volunteer team came together to serve 150 warm meals to Our Daily Bread Denton. Every dish was prepared with care — from our house-made salad dressing 🥗 to two delicious handmade desserts: caramel & vanilla cakes 🍰 and gulab jamuns (soft dough balls served in warm syrup) 🍯.

This January, our incredible volunteer team came together to serve 100 nourishing meals to our community at Our Daily Bread Ministries in Denton.

🍬 Indian Fudge for a sweet finish
