Three tables. Three DFW neighborhoods. One week.

This Tuesday and Thursday, local pastors and ministry leaders are gathering for Catalytic Communities in East Dallas, Mansfield, and Arlington — no agenda, just leaders from different churches working through the same challenge together.

One of our own leaders explains why he keeps showing up. If it sounds like something your team needs, email [email protected] and we'll point you to the table closest to you.

Next week, leaders across the DFW Metroplex are showing up for something simple: a table, a shared challenge, and people who actually get it.

Mark your calendar: October 29, Dallas Baptist University.

The DFW Next Gen Leaders Forum brings youth pastors, ministry leaders, and nonprofit voices from across the Metroplex into one room, for one conversation, about one mission — reaching the next generation in DFW.

Speakers include Shane Pruitt (North American Mission Board), Kara Powell (Fuller Youth Institute), and Mark Matlock (Urbana/InterVarsity). But the real value of the morning is the room itself — leaders from East Dallas to Arlington to Mansfield, comparing notes on what's actually working.

Thursday, October 29, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM at Dallas Baptist University.

A great time around the table with youth leaders from Mansfield. 🙌

Grateful for the conversations, connections, and leaders who are choosing to come together for the sake of the next generation.

This is community. This is collaboration. 💙

Catalytic Communities are small gatherings of 10–12 student pastors and youth leaders across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton Counties.

Every gathering includes three intentional rhythms:
1️⃣ Sharing a meal together.
2️⃣ Praying for one another and for our cities.
3️⃣ Collaborating on practical ways to reach the next generation.

Why Catalytic Communities?

Ministry can feel lonely. That’s why Catalytic Communities exist.

Not another meeting.
Not another training.
A table.
A meal.
A group of leaders.
Prayer.
Honest conversations.
Practical collaboration.
Life-giving.
Moving from isolation to impact.

Healthy leaders build healthy ministries.

One of the greatest gifts we can offer each other isn’t another program—it’s presence.
When youth leaders pray together, encourage one another, and share ideas, everyone wins—including the students we serve.
