Starting October 1, ElevateHer International is opening our Beginner’s Trauma-Informed Leadership Training. Six Thursday nights, two hours each, for leaders who want to hold sacred space for others.

Here’s what we cover:
Oct 1: Introduction and grounding to prepare for trauma work
Oct 8: What is trauma? Theology of trauma: disconnection and reconnection
Oct 15: Barriers to healing and practicing presence
Oct 22: Healing postures and practice
Oct 29: Grief, facilitating groups, and practices for trauma-informed leading
Nov 5: Capstone project, integration, and best practices

Every session runs 7-9 PM ET.

This Level 1 track brings together biblical foundations, psychological frameworks, somatic grounding practices, and leadership skills for building communities of safety, belonging, and restoration.

It’s also the first step toward hosting a HealHer Circle in your own community.
“This training was so amazing, and I loved every session. It’s taking me through self-reflection, helping me be more present and more intentional with people. I’m learning to make it a true safe space and not react to what people are saying. I even do the grounding exercises with my children.” - Participant

Introductory fee: $249. Scholarships available upon request.
