This is what community looks like. 🙌

Last week, 200+ leaders packed Legacy Hall in Plano for our Spring Recognition Social — coming together to celebrate Women's History Month and two outstanding honorees:

🏆 Lisa Danzer — Lifetime Achievement Award
🏆 Juan F. Solis III — Distinguished Ally Award

A huge thank you to our visionary sponsor QualiZeal for making the night possible — we were especially honored to have their President & CEO, Pradeepkumar Govindasamy, present the Distinguished Ally Award in person.

To the 200+ leaders who joined us: Thank you for bringing your stories, your passion, and your belief in this mission. You are the reason DFW*ATW is the dynamic force for women in technology today.

DFW*ATW is what it is because of YOU. ✨

Last Wednesday, DFW*ATW hosted Insights to Impact: Beyond Resilience, and the discussion hit on a powerful reality: resiliency is essential, but predictive capability is where leaders win next.

Highlights from the conversation:
• AI + analytics are shifting supply chains from reactive to proactive
• Visibility across the lifecycle (materials to consumer) enables smarter decisions
• Breaking down data silos turns technology into transformation
• Sustainability requires measuring beyond cost: transparency + ethical sourcing first

Huge thanks to Blue Yonder for hosting us, to panelists Gurdip Singh, Patricia Harris, and Saskia van Gendt, and to moderator Laurie Wallace for guiding a thoughtful, practical conversation.

More Insights to Impact events are on the way, stay tuned and don’t miss out!

🎉New Year, New Power! 🎉

We loved celebrating the DFW*ATW New Year’s Social at ImageNet Consulting Services with over 150 powerhouse women and committed allies, kicking off DFW*ATW’s 25th Anniversary year.

Members and guests alike were inspired by Shoba Krishnamurthy, Valerie Freeman, Trude Van Horn, Barry Shurkey, and Ewoma Ohide. The message was clear: build community, use your voice, strengthen allyship, and keep widening the runway for women in tech.

We talked AI, quantum, cybersecurity, leadership, and what’s next and stayed long after the program ended because the conversations were that good. Huge thanks to our sponsors and allies for the generosity and partnership. 🤝

A few quotes that will resonate with us through the year:

✨ "Take pride in what you are part of.”
✨ “You are not here to shrink. You are here to rise, lead, and redefine possibility.”
✨ “Your story is still being written. Make sure you are holding the pen.”

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” — Martin Luther King Jr.

At DFW ATW, we believe speaking up also means showing up by creating access, opportunity, and representation for girls and women in STEM. In the spirit of Dr. King’s legacy, we continue working to bridge gaps, amplify voices, and build pathways where talent meets opportunity.
