A couple of weeks ago Shannon and I put up a GoFundMe campaign for Christmas gifts through the PAAO nonprofit. I wasn’t expecting much but we did get a sizable amount. I matched the amount and Shannon went to work maximizing the gift giving potential which included buying from a pallet of toys. Altogether she distributed gifts to at least 25 kids and at least 8 families. We are going bigger next year. pictures are some of the gifts to each child.

📢 Exciting News for Non-Custodial Parents in Texas! 🎉

We have some fantastic updates about Texas House Bill 969! This bill is a game-changer for non-custodial parents who have faced denial of court-ordered visitation rights. 🚀

Previously, District Attorneys and municipalities had limited resources to address this issue, with the only recourse being a state jail felony. However, it was unlikely that custodial parents would be sent to jail for denying visitation rights. 😔

But guess what? This bill changes everything! 😮 Now, authorities can bring fine custodial parents who deny access to court-ordered visitation rights. 🙌

This new legislation empowers District Attorneys and family attorneys to present a pattern of bad behavior to judges handling cases related to the denial of visitation rights. 💪 This means that those who have been unjustly kept away from their kids finally have a stronger legal foundation to fight for their rights.

Let's celebrate this significant win for non-custodial parents and their precious relationships with their children! 🎉 Share this update far and wide to spread awareness and support for those affected by visitation denial.

Remember, for more details and accurate information, consult the official sources and stay tuned for further updates on the progress of Texas House Bill 969. 📚💼

Special thanks to State Representative David Cook for authoring! Thanks to Rep. Richard Peña Raymond & Senator Mayes Middleton for their continued support & dedication to this issue.

Would it be legal to have a prenuptial agreement specifying collaborative law as a preferred method of litigation should the couple have issues or divorce?

Midterms in Tarrant County are creeping up!

4 Family judge seats opening up.

Shared parenting judges are running, We believe in supporting the shared parenting movement.

We feel it’s time to fix the Family Court system so that way people come out with positive things to say after court instead of all negatives after people get done in Family Court.

It’s been a long-term problem but it speaks out in our music in our movies like Jim Carrey in liar liar. It’s something we just want to fix for the future generations more than anything! 💚
