National Association of Hispanic Nurses-Dallas Chapter The Dallas Chapter provides an important voice for Hispanic nurses and those interested in the Hispanic community.

Its members are active in various causes at the local, state and national level. They are committed to increasing educational and professional opportunities for Hispanic nurses and nursing students through networking and mentoring. Its members are also instrumental in providing culturally competent health care for Hispanic consumers.

Another successful volunteer event at Greater El Bethel monthly Food Give Away! Duties included registering participants, passing out food items, sorting donations, preparing bags filled with canned goods and helping carrying items to their cars. Shout out to our loyal volunteers Issac and Erik!!

This past Saturday, April 25th, NAHN Dallas members had another great volunteer event with the Hispanic Wellness Coalition. Volunteers assisted in greeting participants, translating for Spanish-speaking attendees, helping individuals fill out forms for the raffle, passing out goodie bags and providing information about available resources. We also supported the event by serving food for fair volunteers and breaking down the room at the end of the day.

🚨 🚨 IT’S MONTHLY MEETING TIME 🚨 🚨

NAHN Dallas members! Friendly reminder that our next meeting will be Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm at Parkland Health in the Private Dining Hall. Join us as we celebrate our expected new grads for this semester and present three scholarships! We will also be having networking time from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Remember parking will be free for those that are joining us in person! Please make sure to mark your calendars and invite your friends!
