Carrollton Texas Bishops’ Storehouse and Home Storage Center The Bishops’ Storehouse is a welfare resource of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

There are two separate entities housed in the Carrollton facility. The hours for the HOME STORAGE center, where you can BUY long term food storage, are Tuesdays 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm, CLOSED THURSDAY. The BISHOPS' STOREHOUSE, where patrons may PICK UP their food orders as created by their Bishop, hours are the same as above, but also add Thursday 10am to 2pm. Be sure to view the posts that update closure information when necessary.

The Bishops' Storehouse and Home Storage Center will be closed for General Conference on Saturday, April 4, 2026. No truck delivery will occur that day.

Join us in viewing Conference that weekend! A link inside the page below will lead you to viewing options such as You Tube and BYU TV.

General conference is the worldwide gathering of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Twice a year, during the first weekend of April and the first weekend of October, Church leaders from around the world share messages, or sermons, focused on Jesus Christ and His gospel.

After a month-long closure for system updates, the Home Storage Center is now open normal hours Tuesday 3-7PM, Saturday 10am-2pm.
Also, if you live a long distance from Carrollton, you can purchase case lots of any of the canned items at: Store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org, then select "Food Storage" on the menu ribbon. Shipping charges are very reasonable!

Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is closed Tuesday, January27th, so the storehouse and home storage center will be closed also. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the safety of our volunteers is our top priority.

Due to the forecast for inclement weather, the Bishop's Storehouse AND the Home Storage Center will be closed this Saturday, the 24th of January. Please stay home and keep warm and safe. Hopefully, things will thaw enough to have a normal day on Tuesday from 3-7pm. If not, we will announce that as well.

There is a very good chance that we will be closed on Saturday due to the pending winter weather advisory. We will post an update by Friday afternoon. Please check back for updates. We will also have the phone message updated on 972-242-8595 Friday afternoon. Those who rely on the Truck Delivery system to East TX, that truck will be running FRIDAY at the normal stop times.

The Home Storage Center has re-opened! Hours as in the ABOUT section are Tuesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. NOT OPEN any other day. Closed the first Saturday in April and October for General Conference. Also closed Jul 4, 2026.
