It’s almost unbelievable that today we get to celebrate what really is God’s achievement. It’s a testament and a witness to His faithfulness, His grace, mercy, power and partnership that we can celebrate 40 years of marriage today. Yes, there have been hard trials and tribulations, many that were self-inflicted, but we can testify that the love we each have for the Lord has kept us putting one foot in front of the other as we journeyed on. The blessing and benefit to us is our love for each other has developed / matured in the process. As we enjoy this milestone privately, it would be an injustice to not preach this “good news” as loudly as we can, hopefully encouraging someone else to keep moving forward in your shared journey! God is a keeper, if you let Him! God is a healer! He has not changed! Don’t stop believing, friend.
