Founded in 2016, Combat Wounded Service Organization (CWSO) has worked in tandem with Military Order of the Purple Heart and was honored and recognized by the Department of Texas, Purple Heart in 2018 as an organization that never quits, and never leaves anyone behind. We are an all volunteer organization and have self funded for the past 10 years. All donations were applied directly to our cause and daily mission, the combat wounded, America’s heroes.
