Last, but certainly not least, in our partner series is The Maureen "Little Mo" Connolly Brinker Tennis Foundation, Inc. In 1968, Maureen Connolly Brinker and her dear friend Nancy Jeffett cofounded the Maureen Connolly Brinker Tennis Foundation (MCB) with the mission of furthering junior tennis development worldwide.

MCB has promoted the development of junior tennis for over 55 years and continues to benefit countless numbers of boys and girls throughout the United States and worldwide. The MCB Tennis Foundation runs multiple programs of which the most notable are the "Road to the Little Mo Nationals" and the "Little Mo" Internationals. MCB strives to empower young athletes by giving travel grants in addition to sportsmanship and kindness awards to deserving individuals in honor of Maureen’s legacy.

MCB holds a special connection with TCD, as it is our founding organization. TCD contributes $2/membership to MCB in addition to Grant Program funding. Check out their website to learn more about the organization: www.mcbtennis.org

Happy Monday, TCDers! Today's partner is Dallas Wheelchair Tennis, a non-profit that uses the sport of wheelchair tennis to empower athletes with physical disabilities. Specifically, DWT uses TCD's Grant contribution to purchase wheelchairs, a cost-prohibitive barrier that is essential for these athletes' participation. Check out their page to see the upcoming events in which they're involved.

Hello, TCD! It's time to highlight another partner. Today, we're taking a look at ACEing Autism, an organization that is bringing adaptive tennis programs to individuals on the autism spectrum. With close to 200 programs nationwide and 8 in the metroplex, ACEing Autism offers opportunities for individuals with autism to enhance social skills and increase fitness on the tennis court. Since its inception in 2008, ACEing Autism has impacted over 6,000 students. They are always in need of volunteers; if you're interested, visit their website: www.aceingautism.org

Happy Friday! First up in our is Dallas Tennis Association. Founded in the 1930s, DTA embraces a philanthropic mission, recognizing tennis as a sport that fosters health, community, friendship, and mental and physical well-being through competition. In addition to facilitating adult league USTA play, Junior Team Tennis, and many adult and junior USTA tournaments, DTA also includes Dallas Tennis & Education Academy, which is the charitable branch of their organization. DTEA focuses on empowering underserved and at-risk youth of all ages and skill levels through tennis and educational outreach each year and boasts a 100% college graduation rate for its over 900 alumni. Check out their website (www.dta.org) to learn more about their mission, or to volunteer.

Each year, Tennis Competitors of Dallas proudly supports organizations that are using the sport of tennis to make a meaningful impact across the Dallas–Fort Worth community. Our 2026 grants support programs that expand access to tennis, promote wellness, and create opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. This year, we were able to support SIX incredible organizations, and over the next couple of weeks, we will highlight them individually to share the incredible work they are doing in our community. Take a minute to learn about the mission behind each of these wonderful organizations and give yourself a pat on the back because your involvement with TCD helps make these programs possible!
