As the year is coming to a close soon, I saw a commercial on TV this morning about childhood cancer and St. Jude. They were asking for donations so that no child or family ever has to worry about a hospital bill. I thought to myself, I love that they do that and it should be supported; however, I also thought about the other children that have cancer, especially DIPG/DMG and St. Jude is not an option for whatever reason...so I'm making that same ask, but for a different organization that I hold near and dear, that are boots on the ground, supporting every family that reaches out, even as far as Japan and Australia to help children and families diagnosed with brain cancer, specifically DIPG/DMG because that is what my daughter had.
