Most of us don’t like waiting times of waiting. We’re interested in the destination, but God is interested in the journey. When we understand that He’s working in us along the way, waiting and patience become a part of the process. When you stay faithful in the waiting times, when you don’t get impatient and complain because it’s taking so long, when you don’t get upset because the door closed, when you’re traveling steadily along God’s pathway and honoring Him, He will give you every blessing. You won’t have to make it happen in your own strength, and you won’t have to manipulate people or try to force the door to open. God will give you the position, give you the spouse, and give you the influence. Don’t fight the wait time. You’re not falling behind. God has already lined up the blessings He’s going to give you. He’s already put your name on things bigger and better than you’ve imagined. Now keep traveling steadily, keep trusting Him when you don’t see anything happening.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37‬:‭34‬
Put your hope in the LORD. Travel steadily along his path. He will honor you by giving you the land. You will see the wicked destroyed.

A Prayer for Today
Father, thank You that there is a purpose for times of waiting, whether I understand it or not. Help me to be patient, be faithful, and rest in the fact that it’s all part of your process. I believe that I am right where You want me and that You have every blessing already lined up for me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Abram was ninety-nine years old when God promised him that he and Sarah were going to have a baby. Both of them were way too old, but God did something unusual. In addition to giving them the promise, He changed Abram’s name to Abraham, which means “father of many nations.” Every time someone said, “Hello, Abraham,” they were saying, “Hello, father of many nations.” When he had no child with Sarah, they were speaking faith into his destiny, and during the following year, baby Isaac was born.
That’s why it’s so important to start calling yourself what God says about you. What you continually hear gets down inside. You will become what you believe. Every time you say, “I am blessed. I am prosperous. I am healthy,” it’s getting deeper inside, it’s changing your self-image. It’s reprogramming your mind. The change may not happen overnight, but God is changing your name. Having the right name is what’s going to help you stay strong so you can become what God says about you.

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭17‬:‭5‬
What’s more, I am changing your name. It will no longer be Abram. Instead, you will be called Abraham, for you will be the father of many nations.

A Prayer for Today
Father, thank You that You alone have the right to name me because I am Yours. Thank You that You call me blessed, redeemed, forgiven, healthy, overcomer, and a masterpiece. I will call myself what you call me and become who you say I am. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

🤠🇺🇸 The 4th Annual Texas Round Up – “Boots on the Ground” 🇺🇸🤠

What a great time we had on September 5th at Morney Berry Farm! 9455 Hutchins rd in Hutchins TX. 125 people in attendance, The 4th Annual Texas Round Up "Boots on The Ground" was filled with fun, fellowship, laughter, and giving back.

Hosted by the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity, Incorporated, we DJ vibes and enjoyed line dancing with Texas Swagg Line dancers from Killeen Texas, the dunk tank, great food vendors, Linda Henderson, Barbecue truck vendors Janice Gems, MTHERLND jewelry and custom ties, Lambda Dream Academy, the cigar lounge hosted by Kingdom Ci**rs, ticket giveways, silent auction items, and so much more!

But behind all the fun was a greater purpose—supporting our Veterans and providing scholarships. 🇺🇸🎓

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, donated, and helped make this event possible. When we come together for a purpose, we can have a great time AND make a difference!

Sharing God's word.

When you look back over your life, you can see the goodness of God. There were the times when He made a way when you didn’t see a way. You were at the right place at the right time. Your health didn’t look good, but somehow, it turned around. You made mistakes that should have held you back, but God in His mercy covered you. He brought you out, and now you’re blessed and fulfilling your purpose. You didn’t get to where you are by yourself. It was the hand of God. He’s been working behind the scenes in your life, pushing back forces of darkness.
What has God done in your life? Are you recognizing it? Are you living amazed, filled with gratitude? Take time every day to acknowledge how great His goodness has been in your life. If you’re going to continue to go further, you need to remember that the Lord your God has brought you this far, and the Lord your God is going to keep you going.

Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!

A Prayer for Today
Father, thank You that Your hand has been upon my life in so many ways. Thank You for the countless blessings You have brought me and for all You are going to do as You take me forward. I stand in awe of Your goodness to me, and I will not forget it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
