Joseph C. Howard, III Scholastic/Artistic Award This fund was established in memory of my son, Joseph C. Howard, III., who was tragically killed in a car accident on December 26, 1997 at 12 years old.

Scholarship Fund for 1st through 6th graders to receive an education in a Christian private school or learn a skill of art in a children's art school.
