Thinking about missions but not sure where to start? 🌎

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own!

If you’re ready to explore missions, go with Christar. 🤍

And for my final trick … ✨

I’ll go to the least-reached.

Because God is worthy of worship everywhere.

There are communities around the world where people have little or no access to the gospel. Through Christar, workers are equipped to go, serve and establish healthy, gospel-centered churches among the least-reached.

The mission is His. The glory is His.

What if the season when you feel “too old” is actually a season for which God has uniquely prepared you to serve?

At 66 and 67, Raymond and Kathryn left a comfortable life in the U.S. to join a younger cross-cultural ministry team in Europe. Six months later, they’re discovering that decades of experience, a willingness to learn and even their white hair can open unexpected doors for ministry.

“The fears I had about being too old to do this have turned upside down.” — Kathryn

In this episode, hear how God is using Raymond and Kathryn’s experience alongside a younger generation—and why the Great Commission has no retirement age.

Explore is happening September 25-27 in Dallas.

As participants gather to consider cross-cultural ministry and church leaders come to learn how to send well, would you join us in prayer?

Pray for open hearts, clear discernment, meaningful conversations and faithful next steps. Pray also for the presenters and facilitators, that they will share with wisdom, humility and care.

May God use this weekend to deepen love for the least-reached and guide each person toward the next step He has prepared.

Save this post and pray with us throughout the weekend.

You were never meant to go alone. 🌎

When God leads you to go, He invites His people to come alongside you.

When you’re sent with Christar, you’re surrounded by a team: 100+ prayer partners, a supporting church, financial partners, member care, experienced teammates and more.

And we want to come alongside your church, helping you build the support, training, care and resources you need to go and serve well.

Because going to the nations was never meant to be a solo journey.

Church planting in least-reached communities isn’t a one-size-fits-all process.

That’s why Christar equips workers through Polaris, a model that helps church-planting teams develop strategies that fit their unique ministry contexts.

From preparing for the field to learning a new culture and language, sharing the gospel, discipling believers and empowering local churches to reproduce, Polaris provides a framework for the journey!

Swipe to learn four things you might not know about church planting. 🌎➡️

Getting to the field doesn’t have to feel like navigating a maze.

There’s a lot that goes into serving cross culturally: training, fundraising, visas, language learning, team dynamics, logistics and so much more.

That’s where Christar comes in.

We provide the structure, strategy and support to help workers prepare well, serve effectively and thrive on the field—while coming alongside the churches that send them.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Christar can help you find the way from “God is leading me” to “I’m on the field.” 🌎
