Today many Muslims around the world observe Eid al-Adha.

For Muslims, this day commemorates Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son, a powerful picture of devotion and surrender.

As this moment is remembered, we have an opportunity to pray.

Pray that many would come to know the Son of God, who willingly gave His life for them.

• That those seeking to honor God would encounter His grace and truth
• That the message of His sacrifice would be clearly understood
• That believers among least-reached communities would be strengthened and bold
• That new fellowships would begin where none yet exist

Today is the International Day for the Unreached.

More than 3 billion people still lack access to a church that shares the gospel in a language they understand and in a way that connects with their culture. That’s over one in three people worldwide.

We believe that the gospel is for everyone and that every member of the Body of Christ has a role to play in seeing it go where it’s never been.

Join us in prayer today:

"Lord, raise up more workers to bring the good news to the least-reached. Stir Your Church with deeper awareness and passion for those who have yet to hear."

What if the greatest barrier isn’t hearing but connection?

“Blindness cuts you off from things, but deafness cuts you off from people.”

For many in the Deaf community, the challenge isn’t just access to information. It’s access to relationships, conversation and belonging.

In this episode, we explore what it means to reach those who are often isolated not by distance, but by communication and how the Church can respond with clarity, compassion and intentionality.

What would it look like to truly connect?

Listen today and consider how you might be part of that story.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to take a step forward.

For many, the biggest barrier to cross-cultural work isn’t willingness, it’s uncertainty.

Am I ready?
Is this really where God is leading?
What if I get it wrong?

A Christar Church Ministry Residency creates a space to explore those questions without pressure.

Instead of making a long-term commitment upfront, you step into a guided season of:
• Real ministry experience
• Intentional mentorship
• Spiritual formation in community
• Exposure to cross-cultural work

It’s not about locking in your future.

It’s about gaining clarity through faithful next steps.

Because discernment doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in motion.

If you’ve been sensing there could be more, this might be the right place to start.

What does Christar bring to the table in the missions community?

Structure. Strategy. Support.

We help the local churches send well.

With more than a century of experience, we come alongside local congregations in navigating the complexities of cross-cultural ministry, equipping workers to thrive and helping churches participate meaningfully in the Great Commission.

We provide:
• Structure that enables sustainable, team-based ministry
• Strategy through frameworks like Polaris that guide church planting in diverse cultural contexts
• Support that strengthens workers for long-term, effective service

And we do it with a clear focus: establishing churches among the least-reached, who still don’t have access to the gospel in their language and culture.

Because this work isn’t just about going.

It’s about doing it well, together. Learn more: http://christar.org/sss

What keeps a family on the field? Often, it's knowing their children are in good hands.

GDQ International Christian School provides Christ-centered, high-quality education to the children of cross-cultural workers in Albania. These families represent 22 countries and serve alongside more than 44 ministries across the Balkans. As the only accredited Christian school in the entire Balkan region, GDQ gives parents the confidence to stay focused on the work God called them to.

Albania is predominantly Muslim, with less than 1% evangelical Christians. Supporting GDQ is supporting the Great Commission.

Please pray for GDQ's 140 students' spiritual growth and that the gospel will spread across Albania and all of the Balkans through what God is doing there.

There are communities within least-reached peoples who remain even further removed from the good news. One of those communities is the Deaf.

In this episode, Faith shares from her unique perspective as a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults) and cross-cultural worker, helping us better understand the realities, barriers and opportunities surrounding outreach among the Deaf around the world. From the need for accessible communication to the growth of Deaf fellowships in unexpected places, this conversation expands our vision for reaching those who are still cut off from the gospel.

Listen now and discover how even small acts of obedience can open doors for lasting impact.

They travel 300 miles through jungle for one reason: to learn how to share the good news of Jesus.

Sindu's and Deepa's families searched for healing through rituals and sacrifices but found none. Everything changed when they encountered Christ.

Now, despite rejection, limited education and long journeys, they are training to bring the gospel to their least-reached tribe, where many have never heard it in their own language.

They’re already gathering children, teaching and sharing hope.

And soon, they may be among the only ones able to do so.

This is what it looks like when the gospel takes root and begins to grow from within a community.

Today is the National Day of Prayer, and we invite you to pray with Christar.

Around the world, including here in the United States, Christar workers serve alongside local believers to establish churches in least-reached communities: those that don't yet have a church that proclaims the good news in their own language and culture.

Prayer is essential to this work.

Would you take a moment today to pray for:

• Workers serving faithfully across cultures
• Local believers sharing the good news in their communities
• New churches being established among the least-reached
• Open hearts for those hearing the message of Jesus for the first time

God uses the prayers of His people to accomplish His purposes. Thank you for standing with Christar workers in prayer today.

Our 2025 Annual Report is now available!

By God’s grace, Christar teams around the world continue working alongside local believers to establish churches among the least-reached—communities without access to a church that proclaims the gospel in their language and culture.

In 2025:

• 353 workers served on 81 teams in 28 countries
• 253 people professed faith in Christ
• 111 people were baptized
• 13 churches were planted

This work is made possible through the partnership of churches, volunteers, prayer partners and donors who serve together in the Great Commission.

Thank you for praying, serving, giving and sending so that more communities can hear the good news.

Cross-cultural workers take on a task they can't accomplish in their own strength. They depend on God to work in the hearts of least-reached people, as well as to guide and empower them as they share the good news of Christ. We've put together a guide featuring recent requests from field workers, churches, missions-minded believers and our staff here at our U.S. mobilization center to help you pray for the many involved in advancing the gospel among the least-reached. You can download our most recent prayer guide at christar.org/pray.
