Youth With Faces With respect and belief in their potential, we help justice-impacted youth gain work and life skills. We all know poor choices are part of growing up.

Unfortunately, for incarcerated youth, the poverty and dysfunction that led to their mistakes create a cycle of crime and incarceration difficult for any teen to overcome alone. Youth With Faces, formerly known as Youth Village Resources, is a North Texas nonprofit organization that gives young men and women in the juvenile justice system a second chance at being more than a statistic. We are there with accountability, respect and a belief in their potential – even before they believe it themselves. They build character, learn essential life and employment skills, and put them into practice. As a result, they break the cycle of incarceration and create a new identity as a capable young person with something positive to contribute.

We’re thrilled to announce that Executive Chef Justin Valladarez of Truluck's Plano will join us at Youth With Faces Casino Night on November 15!

Chef Justin will lead our seafood station, guiding YWF culinary students as they shuck oysters, serve crab claws, and craft delicious sauces. This is hands-on learning at its best—where our students gain real-world experience in precision, presentation, and hospitality, all under the mentorship of a top Dallas chef.

Witness mentorship in action and see our students shine alongside culinary professionals. Sponsorships are now open—help empower justice-impacted youth and be part of their journey. Learn more at youthwithfaces.org/events.
