Watermark UrgentCare is non-profit clinic affiliated with Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas. We have two locations in Dallas and Plano.

We have two locations in Dallas, one of Skillman and LBJ and our mobile clinic located in South Dallas. Watermark UrgentCare is non-profit clinic for the uninsured and underinsured, affiliated with Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas. We also have a mobile clinic that is primarily located in South Dallas. To make healthcare accessible for all, we do not require insurance or an ID. No appointment or is payment required. We do encourage a $10 contribution. We are not able to treat chronic illnesses, but can share referral resources. Urgent Care services are walk-in only and are determined on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 AM every morning. Call your preferred location ahead to check availability for each day. As we pause to remember and honor those who have served our country, our clinic will be closed on Monday, May 25 for Memorial Day. We look forward to caring for you again when we reopen on Tuesday, May 26.
