Bridle Up Hope North Texas is an equine assisted learning program designed to help teenage girls and women develop hope, confidence and resilience by learning horsemanship skills combined with personal development skills taken from Stephen R. Lori Bierman is the Program Director and Lead Instructor. With her background in psychology and leadership development, love for horses, and experiences dealing with mental health, she hopes to create a transformational experience that puts teenage girls and women on the path to recognizing their worth and realizing their full potential.
