We wanted to give you all a little update on our door prizes. Our second shipment of Dallas Pen Show tote bags will not be here in time - we are incredibly frustrated by this and sorry that we have to share this news! In order to accommodate this, we are going to split the door prizes up along entry groups each day.

NEW DOOR PRIZE DETAILS:

Tote bags will be given to the first 25 people at VIP Weekend Pass Holder Entry Time (9am) and the first 25 people at General Public Entry (10am) on Friday and Sunday.

Rhodia pads will follow the same pattern - the first 25 people at the door in each entry group on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We appreciate everyone’s flexibility and understanding with this - and be ready for some even better goodies next year! This has been a learning process for us and we appreciate you all SO much! 🫶🏻✨🖋️

Calling all 2026 vendors - we need your help! ‼️

We have sent out some VERY IMPORTANT emails lately to all vendors that we need your prompt responses to! They cover details such as…

⁉️ - VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE: This very important form covers information we need from all of you for the show such as badge information, interactive map details, and RSVP’s for the Vendor Dinner.

🍴- VENDOR LUNCH ORDERS: We sent a link for catering that needs to be filled out ASAP! The link has options for you to order a meal for Friday-Sunday. You can purchase multiple days on one order, to make sure you’re covered for the whole weekend. The hotel has requested no outside food be brought in.

Thank you for your attention and help with these items! We are looking forward to seeing you all SO SOON! ✨🖋️
