Toni Chesebro.....what a gal....what a volunteer! The Main Place is blessed beyond words to have such a dedicated "worker bee" representing us at local community events and on TMP projects that help bring joy, hope, and happiness to our clients.

Here she is working on our 2026 Christmas Wish List program - which is now underway. More to come on that in the days and weeks to come.

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on someone who is truly a treasure to The Main Place!

Pam Hale has been part of our TMP family for several years and has SHINED in so many different roles. She is a phenomenal leader, dedicated volunteer, hard worker, amazing organizer, and SO much more!

Pam has a heart of gold and a servant’s heart that shines through in everything she does. She is always willing to jump in, lend a hand, and serve others in any way she can throughout our Irving community. Her love for people and passion for serving make her such a special part of our team.

We honestly can’t imagine The Main Place without our Pam! She is a blessing to our team and to so many others.

We love you, Pam, and we are SO grateful for you! Thank you for all the ways you serve, love, and make a difference! 🥰

For many years, Pam has been a treasured part of The Main Place, wearing countless hats and always stepping in whenever she is needed. Whether she is serving our clients face to face or quietly supporting behind the scenes, she always serves with kindness, compassion and heart. She has a beautiful way of making every client feel welcome, valued, and loved. We are so incredibly grateful for her and her time, passion, heart, and love she so generously shares with The Main Place.

🎉 Our Second Winner Is Here! 🎉

The Main Place is honored and grateful to receive a generous $5,000 donation from B.A.P.S. Charities!

Representatives from this international charitable organization met with TMP Board Members today to present the check and tour our facilities.

The Main Place was selected as one of the nonprofit recipients of funds raised during the B.A.P.S. Walk-a-Thon earlier this year. We are incredibly thankful for their support and for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful community partnership.

It is through the collaborative efforts of local nonprofits, charitable organizations, and the City of Irving that partnerships like this become possible—and ultimately allow us to do more for the children, teens, and families we serve.

The Main Place LOVES to give back!

At our events, we’re often blessed with beautiful donations that allow us to bless others in our community. We typically have a basket filled with high-end beauty products, generously donated for a giveaway or silent auctions...

This time, we were blessed in an extra-special way! Along with our beautiful beauty basket, we received TWO gorgeous handmade fall quilts, lovingly made and given to us to bless someone with.

So many wonderful people signed up, and we are SO excited to announce our first winner…

Sandy Nicholes

Sandy is truly the best of the best. As our Operations Manager, she works tirelessly whether surrounded by volunteers or quietly working behind the scenes to keep The Main Place running smoothly. She is calm, organized, loving, and has an incredible ability to work with every type of personality while making each person feel valued and appreciated. Sandy pours 100% of herself into everything she does, always putting the TMP mission first. She loves her team deeply, and it shows in everything she does. She keeps The Main Place moving forward with such dedication, consistency, and heart. We honestly couldn’t imagine our organization running better than it does today, and so much of that is because of Sandy. We are incredibly blessed to have her, and we are incredibly grateful for all she gives to The Main Place. Sandy, you are simply the best and we love you! 🥰

She is an incredibly determined person, for no matter how many times I ask her not to lift or move things around, she does it anyway because her heart is fully in this work.

I’ve worked directly with her since I started volunteering in 2020 in the sorting department. She’s very knowledgeable about everything that goes on with TMP and great to work with. I’ve enjoyed being a part of TMP for 6 years. We work together every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It’s a lot of work but a fun time for a good cause.
