Yesterday's Annual Meeting will be reconvened as we did not meet a quorum of 38 homeowners (either by presence and/or proxies). Thank you to those who attended yesterday. Once the new date has been set, all homeowners will be notified.
Call to action:
1. Please return proxies (they were mailed recently)
2. Make sure dues are paid on time (assessment notices were also mailed together with proxies)
3. Try to attend the upcoming meeting.

As some of you may have already seen, we posted the candidates and the link for the online voting on EasyHOA recently. Online voting will stay open until December 12th. Please note that online voting can only be done through EasyHOA, please also note that you can vote in person at our annual meeting (December 14th, 3pm, at the Park Pavillion) and proxies should be mailed to you along with your invoices within the next couple of days.

Kerynne Satterfield is running for re-election, and Alvin Johnson, Joy Vaughn, Zohra Mavani, and Deanna Stephens are running for the first time. Please use the link in EasyHOA to view the candidates further and to vote online. Again, the deadline is December 12th and you can also vote in person at our annual meeting on December 14th.

The pool season has been extended after Labor Day. Effective September 3rd, the pool will be open each weekend through the last weekend in September.

Pool hours beginning September 3:

Mon through Thurs: Closed
Fridays: 3 pm to 11 pm
Saturdays: 9 am to 11 pm
Sundays: 9 am to 10 pm
