Midwinter impromptu Departmental 8/40 meeting

The toys collected for the Children's Hospital on December 13, 2025, were delivered on January 5, 2026. Salon 108 extends gratitude to VFW 2494 for assisting with delivery and for their generous donation.

The 8/40 Salon 108 Christmas Meeting and Party held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, was a resounding success, with over 500 toys secured for the Children’s Hospital despite a smaller group size.

The Texas Departmental Marche's 95th Annual Meeting, held on July 10, 2025, in Austin, Texas, was honored to have National Chapeau Barbara Rutherford and Washington Departmental Chapeau Bobbi Lewis in attendance. The meeting concluded with the election of new officers for the forthcoming year. Salon 108 successfully convened for their 8/40 meeting on 5/31/25, accomplishing key objectives such as electing new officers, voting on Departmental Convention delegates, and paying tribute to Past Chapeau Micky Prendergast. The next meeting is scheduled for 8/16/25.
