🌟 September Culture Champion: Lashundra Wilson, Principal of Degan Elementary🌟
When Principal Wilson arrived at Degan , her vision was simple: "From F to Fabulous." Four years later, she has cultivated a culture where students know they belong, staff and students thrive together, and excellence is no longer a goal...it's the standard.
She believes students are more than a test score, and through intentional leadership, high expectations, and meaningful traditions like the Eagle Shuffle, she has fostered a school community where every student feels seen, heard, and valued.
Congratulations, Principal Wilson, on being our September Culture Champion!
