Adopt a Barn Cat

Trinidad Tx near Cedar Creek Lake Key Ranch Estates - Does anyone recognize this person? He stole 9 cat and kitten traps from my rescue, on Friday afternoon at 1:55pm? He drove in his white SUV with a big white long hair dog in the passenger seat through the Seis Hombres neighborhood which is right next to Key Ranch Estates. I had 9 traps set out halfway down my driveway for a person to borrow. He stopped in the street on Tampico, let his dog out of the vehicle while he casually walked up and down my driveway, loading my traps into the suv. I use these as part of my work helping people get their outdoor, stray, and feral cats fixed. So, he not only stole from me but he stole from the people who were supposed to get their 9 cats spayed on Saturday. Please help identify this man.
