Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for our 'Happy Birthday Joker!!' event at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom! 🎉 We had an incredible time celebrating with great rides and an amazing group of ACE members and enthusiasts.

Today, May 29, marks Joker’s official birthday! Since opening in 2016, this fan-favorite coaster has delivered 10 years of twisted thrills and unforgettable rides. 🎢💚💜

Happy Birthday, Joker! 🃏 And thank you again to everyone who came out to celebrate with us — we hope to see you at our next ACE NorCal event!

🎡 New thrills have officially arrived at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk 🌊

After months of anticipation, Vertigo 360 is now officially open and operating! This brand-new thrill ride sends riders spinning high above the Boardwalk with incredible views, flips, and just the right amount of vertigo 😵‍💫🔥

Celebrating 10 years of The Joker with at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. The day started with rides on Medusa, Kong, and Cobra while waiting for Joker and Flash Vertical Velocity to wake up for the day, followed by heading over to DC Universe to sing happy birthday and celebrate the milestone coaster anniversary.

🎢🎉 JOKER TURNS 10! 🎉🎢

We’re celebrating a little early with an ACE NorCal meetup at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom!

📍 Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Vallejo, CA
📅 May 23, 2026
⏰ 10 AM – 8 PM

We’ll kick things off at park open at Medusa, hitting Medusa, Kong, and Cobra while we wait for Joker (and Flash) to warm up. Once Joker is running, it’s time to head over, ride, and sing Happy Birthday! 🎂

We’ll also swing by Flash Vertical Velocity while we’re there, plus grab some group photos:

🐯 Exciting news from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom!
The park just welcomed its first tiger cubs in 12 years — a rare brother-sister pair of white Bengal tigers!
• Baldr (male): Royal White Bengal with bold black stripes & sriking blue eyes
• Nalani (female): Snow White Bengal, almost entirely white with faint stripes & striking blue eyes

The park is committed to wildlife education and conservation. In 2025 alone, they donated nearly $100K to animal rescues and orgs.

🎢 What an incredible way to kick off the season!

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for opening day of California's Great America’s 50th season of operation! We had an amazing time starting the day with a ride on Gold Striker before making our way around the park and soaking in everything opening day had to offer.

It was so great to see so many of you come out for our 'Walk Through Time'—nothing beats spending the day with fellow enthusiasts who share the same passion for coasters!

It's almost time for opening day at California's Great America!

If you're joining us for the informal meetup, follow this post to see our location. We'll update the comments every time we get into another queue.

🚨 Reminder: Start off the 2026 season with an informal meetup! 🎢

Join us this Saturday for a fun, laid-back day at California’s Great America!

📍 Where: California’s Great America (Santa Clara, CA)
🗓️ When: Saturday, March 28, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:30 AM (meetup), entering at 9:45 AM

We’ll meet at the flagpole outside the gates, then head in together and kick things off with an informal takeover of GoldStriker (aiming for first ride of the season 👀🔥).

After that, we’ll hit all the major coasters in reverse order after our initial ride on Gold Striker:
GoldStriker → Demon → Grizzly → Patriot → Flight Deck → Psycho Mouse → RailBlazer (ending strong 💪)

🎉 This is an informal meetup, so feel free to join or leave anytime!
