The annual Fort Worth Tuba Christmas strikes a festive note with musicians ages 7 to 85 and a crowd that keeps coming back every year.

Merry TubaChristmas is almost here! Come out to Thanks-Giving Square at noon on Tuesday, December 24th, for an hour of good family fun! We will have over 200 tubas, Santa and a couple of food trucks serving up a good time! Come early or stay late to enjoy our fabulous Philip Johnson designed garden and chapel. Park at the Public Parking structure at 1510 Pacific Ave (directly across the street) or ride Dart to the Akard station (just a few steps away).

We’re less than a week out!

Saturday, December 7 - Commerce @12:00 PM
Saturday, December 14 - Allen @ 2:30 PM
Saturday, December 21 - Denton @ 3:00 PM
Monday, December 23 - Ft. Worth (New Location - Texas Wesleyan University) @ 12:00 PM
Tuesday, December 24 - Dallas @ 12:00 PM

We're geared up to celebrate 50 years of Tubachristmas this year, here's the confirmed list of our events in the North Texas area:

Commerce - Saturday, December 2nd at 12:00 PM
Allen - Saturday, December 9th at 2:30 PM
Denton - Sunday, December 17th at 3:00 PM
*Dallas/Ft. Worth - Friday, December 22nd at 12:00 PM

*Unfortunately, our Ft. Worth event had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, those details should be updated on the Tubachristmas website shortly. We will need to find a new location moving forward and there just wasn't enough time, rest assured we're on it for 2024. Hope to see y'all soon!

We've received quite a few inquiries about our 2023 events, all paperwork was submitted to the Harvey Phillips Foundation and we are waiting for those events to populate the Tubachristmas website before making any announcements. Tentative dates are:

Saturday, December 2 - Commerce
Saturday, December 9 - Allen
Sunday, December 17 - Denton
Thursday, December 21 - Ft. Worth
Friday, December 22 - Dallas

Please understand that these are tentative dates, we have not received confirmation from the Harvey Phillips Foundation. Once we're confirmed, we'll post an update. We are also dealing with new scheduling and financial challenges with our venues, some locations may end up changing, we'll keep y'all posted, thanks everyone!

Thanks to everyone that came out to Dallas for our final Tubachristmas of the season, we had a great crowd despite the cold temps.

Great event in Ft Worth today. 153 tuba and euphonium players provided the audience with a great concert.
