25 Years Later — We Will Never Forget!

September 11, 2001 changed our nation—and millions of lives—forever.

We remember those we lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the veterans who answered our nation’s call in the years that followed.

At Home for Freedom, we honor their sacrifice by standing beside our veterans with compassion, dignity, and hope—empowering them to rebuild and thrive again.

We remember. We honor. We stand together.

Because Freedom is Not Free.

IMPORTANT MARATHON LOCATION UPDATE!

Due to upcoming construction around the waterfalls at Lucy Park, we are moving the Home for Freedom Marathon to Lake Wichita Park, near Thomas Fowler American Legion Post 169.

We want to make sure our runners have the best and safest race experience possible, and Lake Wichita provides a great location to bring our community together in support of our veterans.
