Second video of Dom’s Black Friday deer hunt!

12/02/2019

On Black Friday this young 5th grader got to experience something he will never forget! He came all the way up to the Lazy C Ranch from Lumberton, Tx to try and shoot his first deer. On his first hunt he was able to put food on the table! He won’t remember what he will get for Christmas this year but he will always remember this experience!

The Mission

Just the beginning..

Let me begin by saying we are not outside for 4-6 hours everyday. We aim for 4-6 hours outside at least three to four times a week (a little more in the nicer months and a little less in the worse...

It’s now official! To those of you who didn’t know,...... we have been working very hard to get a nonprofit organization up and running! It has taken many man hours and participation from a lot of people to help us achieve this goal.
Last month we finally received our IRS exemption as a recognized 501c3 nonprofit organization! We are excited to introduce......

Get’em Outdoors!!

Our organization works with kids that are in need of some outdoor therapy! Our mission is to provide disabled, abused, foster care, or any other less fortunate child with the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor experience that they would never be able to do within their current situation.

We can accommodate just about any request. We have our own 300 acre ranch that is loaded with wildlife and plenty of outdoor activities. It is located at Lake Palestine in between Tyler, Tx and Athens, Tx

We are building wheelchair accessible hunting blinds as well as pontoon boats. We have donors with high fence ranches as well as deep sea fishing charters! From hiking to kayaking to camping to anything a kid could imagine! We have plans to build a 1 mile BMX style course thru the woods as well as a youth motor-cross track!

We will eventually be hosting summer camps with programs to build character, confidence, outdoor survival skills, self esteem, and self respect!

We believe the experience of being outdoors is what most kids today are missing. Most kids cannot function without technology and they posses ZERO skills that will help them when the internet doesn’t work!! (Kidding) But honestly, in today’s world, there is less and less opportunities for kids to enjoy the outdoors and experience real life situations that will teach them how to be a better adult, how to respect themselves, others and nature.

I would like to thank our directors for all the hard work over the last 12-14 months to get this organization started:

Kim Palmer
Lane Palmer
Danny Mothersell
Jason Crowsey

Thank you
