If it can happen to us, it can happen to anyone. Sometimes there are signs to look for. Sometimes there are none. FACTS: About one in five high school students (20.4%) seriously considered su***de in the past year. About 9.5% of high school students attempted su***de in the past year. Teen boys are about 2.5 times more likely to die by su***de than teen girls.

Please join me in prayers for the family of Luke Van Angeal Precioso who attended Station Camp High School. His family and friends say he was a kind and loving person. He will surely be missed. Praying for peace beyond all understanding. We are here for you all.

Today is national Grief Awareness day. The important thing about grief is that it is okay to grieve because where there is great grief there was great love. Grief is just love with no where to put it. The other important thing about grief is that it’s okay to grieve but we don’t have to plant roots and live in it. Happiness is a choice. Sometimes we crawl out of our grief, sometimes we walk, and one day we are able to run and know that being happy is not letting go of grief, but letting grief sit in the background. I hope we can all take a moment to realize that there is no time limit in grief and sometimes we carry it for a lifetime, but we can also choose to be happy as well. Praying for everyone who is struggling. We are stronger together. Stand up, be brave and move forward. 🙏🏻♥️💯

Today was an honor and a privilege to meet Wanda Binkley Herring and her husband Danny. They unfortunately lost their daughter Jessie and her son Zeke to a horrible incident. They blessed Parker Strong for Su***de Prevention and Education today with an amazing donation to help further our cause to help others. Thank you so much to Wanda and Danny for this amazing blessing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Today is the 8 year anniversary of my sweet son Parker’s passing. I allow myself to sit at griefs table; not to just mourn, but to celebrate joy also. I got to have 16 short years with my son. What a blessing that is in my life. Parker’s legacy is so much bigger than the length of time he spent here on earth. I have seen the darkest depths of pain and I have seen how the Lord God can turn that pain into light. There is not a single moment of a day that I don’t think of my son. He was funny, kind, happy, sweet and smart. He gave everyone that knew him joy. With great loss there is great love. Grief is love with nowhere to go. I will see him again in heaven. I am blessed to help others who are struggling with Parker Strong for Su***de Prevention and Education. Hug your children harder today and tell them how much you love them. My prayers are with my children Riley Reynolds and Savannah Reynolds on this day. I am grateful for their strength and love. Thank you to my friends, family and Ken Brown I am grateful for covering my family with love, support and prayers. We are stronger together. ♥️🙏🏻♥️ ***depreventionandeducation

Today was a magical day spreading awareness for Parker Strong for Su***de Prevention and Education with HolidayFest! Thank you to EVERYONE who joined us for the Christmas parade. We had 30, yes 30 high school and middle school cheerleaders with us today. All of you mommas and daddies should be proud! We are stronger together. 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻
