We own 46 apartment communities across six states and in 36 cities. This includes LIHTC and HUD Section 8 as well as workforce, mixed income, student, and senior housing — but our impact doesn’t stop there. We’re expanding quality affordable housing options by building brand new communities and also acquiring older communities with the goal of renovation and modernization over time.
